Lowe Sanitary blender hoods are custom fabricated for use in food,
plastics and pharmaceutical applications. Product inlets, including
optional shortening extruders, are equipped with stainless steel sanitary
ferrule fittings to simplify cleaning. Latched doors for adding minor
ingredients are sealed against dust. The entire hood is pneumatically
raised for cleaning the inside of the hood and blender. Continuous welds
inside and out are polished with smooth radii. A one-piece gasket,
constructed of USDA approved materials, is removable for cleaning.
Integral bag dump hoods are available with dust collection
capabilities.
